$60 Booking Deposit

For clients who are ready to proceed with treatment, a $60 booking deposit is required to reserve an appointment.

Treatment appointments include a brief consultation and assessment (approximately 10–15 minutes) to confirm suitability and finalize your treatment plan before proceeding.

  • The deposit is credited toward your treatment.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • If the appointment is missed or rescheduled a second time, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

For clients seeking a more in-depth discussion, detailed facial assessment, treatment options, pricing guidance, and a customized treatment plan, this appointment is designed for thoughtful planning without committing to treatment that day.

  • The consultation fee is $150.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • The consultation fee is non-refundable.
  • If treatment is booked within 14 days, the $150 is credited toward your treatment cost.
  • You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • If the appointment is missed or rescheduled a second time, the consultation fee is forfeited and a new fee will be required to rebook.

Medical Conditions & Medications

Client safety is our highest priority. Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or incomplete medical information may prevent treatment from being performed.

A completed health history form is required prior to all consultations and treatments. If treatment cannot proceed due to medical conditions, medications, pregnancy / breastfeeding status, or incomplete medical information, appointment or consultation fees will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

All treatments, prepaid services, and treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Treatment results vary from person to person, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

We also accept credit card payments.

Returning Clients

Returning clients do not require a booking deposit.
